Our recruitment process begins with a careful selection of highly qualified nurses from Eastern Europe. We check your qualifications, experience and language skills to ensure that you meet the requirements of our clinics. We then establish contact between the nurses and the clinics and support you throughout the entire placement process.
During the entire process, you as a nurse only have to pay for the bureaucratic costs and, if necessary, language and training courses to meet the requirements of the healthcare facilities. The actual placement process via MedCare Connect is carried out at no additional cost to you.
Our support is designed for the long term. We are available to both the nursing staff and the clinics for the entire duration of the contract and offer ongoing support and advice.
